We are pleased to announce that effective September, 2004, Karen Darrin has accepted a position with Intuit and is no longer available for Human Resources/Training consulting services. Her position with Pacific Learning Group is now limited to managerial and administrative functions.

Karen has worked with a number of national and multinational high-technology, Internet, manufacturing, and service organizations including Stellcom Technologies, Magis Networks, Huntington Learning Centers, the West Group, the Thomson Corporation, Information Access Company, Continental Graphics Group, Pacific Southwest Airlines, IBM, and Harris-Lanier.

Her experience spans every level from the executive to front-line--providing a full compliment of human resources and training needs including hiring and staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management systems, team training, leadership development, and assessment center methodology.

Karen holds a B.A. in mathematics and an M.A. in Organizational Management. Additionally, Karen was selected and completed the Columbia Executive Training Program conducted for The Thomson Corporation.
