Kauai 2000

As Karen and I have done for the last three years, we took a trip to Kauai in June 2000. As always Kauai was awesome.

This time we played more golf than we normally do, finally playing the much-renowned Princeville Resort "Prince" course. Don't ask what we shot or how many balls we lost. (Needless to say our overpriced resort-logo balls were lost early in the round.) We also had a great time at the Kiahuna Golf Course in Poipu and the Kauai Lagoons course near the Lihue airport and spent many great hours sunning ourselves at the beach and on our Penthouse deck at the Price Kuhio.

We also finally made it to the Na Pali Coast... just incredible. The island was supposedly in a drought this year, getting only 1 inch of rain in May, but you'd never have known it from the lush foliage.
